These Terms & Conditions govern your use of marisolandco.com and any reservation you make with Marisol & Co. Hospitality Group (“Marisol & Co.,” “we,” “us”). By booking a stay or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
A reservation is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation from us. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated on the home's listing.
2. Payments & fees
Payments are processed securely through our booking partner (Guesty) and Stripe; we do not store your card details. The total shown before you pay includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, applicable taxes, and any other fees, all in U.S. dollars. A refundable security deposit or pre-authorization hold may apply to certain homes.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms vary by home and season and are shown to you before you pay. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as early as possible. Any refund follows the policy displayed at the time of booking. Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances.
4. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM local time unless your confirmation states otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and are subject to the home's schedule.
5. House rules & conduct
No parties or events unless approved in writing; no smoking indoors; pets are welcome only at homes whose listing permits them. Please respect quiet hours, neighbors, and any home-specific rules provided at check-in. We may end a stay without refund for serious or repeated violations.
6. Damage & responsibility
You are responsible for the home and its contents during your stay and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any issue promptly so we can address it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marisol & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the booking.
7. Changes & availability
Listings, pricing, and availability may change at any time. In the rare event we must cancel a confirmed reservation (for example, if a home becomes unavailable), we will offer you a comparable home or a full refund of amounts paid.
8. Privacy
We handle your information responsibly and share booking details with our processing partners (Guesty and Stripe) only as needed to complete and support your stay. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
