Requests must be made in advance and may require an additional fee. Grill Rental A propane grill is available for guest use for a flat fee of $75 per stay. Once payment is received, we will provide the access code and instructions for use. Occupancy While the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, we do not charge by the number of guests staying. We simply ask that all guests respect the property and local ordinances. Respect for the Home Please treat our home as if it were your own. We kindly ask that you leave the property in the same general condition in which you found it and report any issues promptly during your stay. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure please note that check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Early check in or late check out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. We offer a propane grill for your use during your stay for a flat fee of 75 dollars. Once the fee is paid we will provide the access code and instructions for the grill. While our home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests we do not charge based on occupancy but kindly ask that all guests respect the property and local ordinances. Please treat our home with care and leave it in the same general condition as you found it. Pets are not permitted at this property.
