You will have exclusive access to this entire single level home featuring three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Guests are invited to enjoy the private screened outdoor pool and the spacious backyard area. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated laundry room, and a game room for entertainment. You will also have private access to the garage and outdoor patio space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. The home is designed for your comfort and convenience with all areas being private for your group.

Our home is located in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood in Port Richey, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You are situated just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico, making it easy to enjoy coastal breezes and water activities. For outdoor enthusiasts, Green Key Beach is only a 15 minute drive away. If you are looking for adventure, local favorites like Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and the beautiful Sun West Beach in Hudson are within a short drive. The area is filled with opportunities for boating, fishing, golfing, and scenic bike riding. You will find a variety of local dining and shopping options just moments from your doorstep, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and memorable Florida getaway.

While we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the coastal attractions and surrounding nature of Port Richey, the home offers convenient parking for your stay. Guests have access to three dedicated parking spots suitable for compact vehicles, located on the property. Please be mindful of our neighbors and avoid parking in front of other homes. For those traveling by air, Tampa International Airport is the primary hub serving the region and is typically a forty five to fifty minute drive from our location. Public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, so planning for a rental car or ride sharing service is advised for the best experience.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, BY BOOKING WITH US ALL GUEST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES: 1. Check in time is anytime after 4:00 pm. 2. Check out is time anytime before 11:00 am. 3. Smoking: for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house (including electric cigarettes). 4. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. 5. Grill: when using the grill please make sure you turn off the propane tank after each use, otherwise the gas will leak out. Please clean grill after each use. 6. Noise: Loud music, parties or noisy get togethers are not allowed. No house parties, fireworks, or community disruptions. Renters agree to reduce noise level to minimum after 10:00 pm if outside, as well as indoors. If guests decide to ignore this rule, it WILL cause you to forfeit your reservation and get a partial refund. 7. Mattress cover: All of our bedroom mattresses are covered with waterproof bed covers. Please do not take the covers off of the bed, because we wash them every reservation. If you have kids please do not let them sleep on our sofa, that is the only furniture that does not have a cover. You will be responsible for wet mattresses or any stained furniture due to urine, alcohol or any liquid. This replacement will cost $500. 8. Pool: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. The cover of the pool MUST be put on after usage of the pool November -April DO NOT touch any of the pool pumps/electricity. 9. Cleaning: Please try to do your best to clean up after yourself. If cleaning takes longer than usual due to many messes, you will have a fee deducted from your deposit. Anything left behind in the residence will be thrown out. 10. If there are more guests than stated there will be a 100 fee per guest per night. 11. Please note there are security cameras installed in the front, side of the house, and inside of the garage. For safety of our guests. 12. If you have more people than you reserved for there will be an extra charge or it will make you forfeit your reservation according to our cancellation policy. 13. Please do not set thermostat lower than 75 , with hot Florida summer ac can freeze and won’t work at all. Thank you!

Welcome to our beautiful Port Richey home. Please note that check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, linens, and toiletries for your convenience. Our home features a private salt water pool which can be heated upon request for an additional $30 per day; please notify us 24 hours in advance. For your safety, security cameras are installed at the front, side, and inside the garage. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not permitted. Please maintain a quiet environment after 10:00 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes and disposing of trash in the garage bins before departure. By booking, you agree to our pool waiver and house rules, including maintaining the thermostat at 75-77 degrees and keeping mattress covers intact. We look forward to hosting you.
