🧾 Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking. 🐾 Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs on the property with a fee, if you are traveling with a registered service animal, please contact our reservations team in advance for proper documentation and registration procedures. 💳 Refundable Damage Hold: A $200 hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days prior to arrival as a standard precaution. If no damages or violations are reported, the full amount will be released within 7 business days after your departure. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees. 👥 Occupancy Limits & Events: The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but cannot be guaranteed. We kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours, which are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; a minimum fee of $75 will be applied if any smoking odor is detected. Unauthorized pets are also not allowed; a minimum fee of $150 will be charged if a pet is brought onto the property without prior approval. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and garage. The hot tub is for guest use only. Please ensure the propane valve on the BBQ grill is turned off after each use. “Holy great place!!! Private backyard…for the hot tub. Great location and close to a ton of stuff. We went to Bush Gardens, beaches, Orlando, shopping, Downtown Tampa, everything was pretty decent. Orlando was a bit far, but we wanted to be closer to the coast. Excellent place, I would stay here again for sure. We only upset the backyard neighbor one night, we were a little bit loud, didn’t realize it, and she had to tell us everyone was sleeping, we were having such a fun time we didn’t see how late it was. Oops, but overall excellent place. Thanks again! Made our trip feel like a huge success! Now we are moving to the area, it’s that good!”
