You will have full private access to the entire house, including three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room. Step outside to enjoy your private patio, the lush garden, and the waterfront exterior. Guests are welcome to utilize the BBQ grill and the private boat slip for water activities. We also provide access to our laundry room for your convenience. You will receive your secure garage and front door entry codes the day before your arrival to ensure a seamless check in experience.

A short drive will take you to local waterfront restaurants where you can savor fresh seafood while enjoying stunning water views. For your everyday needs shops are conveniently located nearby. If you are looking for adventure explore the waterways with the provided kayaks or paddleboards. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and laid back vibe making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Getting around Hernando Beach is easy and convenient. We provide free parking directly on the premises for your vehicle. If you are arriving by air, Tampa International Airport is located approximately 50 minutes away by car. As Hernando Beach is a peaceful and relaxed coastal community, public transportation options are limited. We highly recommend having a personal vehicle to fully explore the local area, nearby shops, and attractions at your own pace. For shorter trips or nights out, ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

🧾 Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking. 🐾 Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs on the property with a fee, if you are traveling with a registered service animal, please contact our reservations team in advance for proper documentation and registration procedures. 💳 Refundable Damage Hold: A $200 hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days prior to arrival as a standard precaution. If no damages or violations are reported, the full amount will be released within 7 business days after your departure. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees. 👥 Occupancy Limits & Events: The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.

We do have a gentleman who rents boat lift, so if he plans to go out he or I will contact you day before to let you know what time.
