The 2nd-floor bedrooms include a full + bunk bed combo (great for kids), plus two queen rooms. The bottom-floor 4th bedroom + bathroom sits next to the garage, technically separate from the main living area — perfect for guests who want their own zone. If no damages or violations are reported, the full amount will be released within 7 business days after your departure. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees. 👥 Occupancy Limits & Events: The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.

“We don’t typically leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to multiple plumbing issues, including leaks, drainage problems, and inconsistent hot water, which left us with limited bathroom access for our group. Additionally, one bedroom in the garage had a very loud AC, making it uncomfortable to sleep. While the home was clean, these issues significantly impacted our experience. We were also unexpectedly accused of causing damage after checkout, which we dispute. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for.”
