Welcome to The Gulf Breeze in North Hernando Beach. From the moment we first saw this home, we fell in love. Our search for the opportunity to escape and relax was complete. Something this good has to be shared. Our sincerest hope is that our guests come to enjoy their time here as much as we do and The Gulf Breeze will become your home to Escape and Relax. We are located at the North end of Hernando Beach, with a 3 minute boat ride to the Gulf and all it offers.

About this home

If you like Pina Coladas..... Then Gulf Breeze is your ideal spot. As soon as you enter the property, cares and worries begin to fade away. Watch the sunrise over the Gulf of America and the Hernando Beach Flats, often referred to as the world's largest swimming pool. Our upstairs balcony offers stunning views. Take in the sun on our boat dock or enjoy the shade of our covered gazebo, giving you the chance to see visiting dolphins and fishes- all while cooking up a storm. Go for a swim right off our dock, or take out the kayaks that are provided and explore the Nature Coast and local Weeki Wachee River. Rod and Reels are provided and many a dinner was caught right off our sea wall. As the sun sets, enjoy the peaceful quiet as the gulf breezes surround you. The underwater LED fish light positioned off the gazebo turns the canals into your own personal fish tank. (Water and Electricity is conviently located next to the boat dock.) Our Home Relax in our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home. In addition to our fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal, downstairs we have a outdoor kitchen/bar area for entertaining. This is our favorite place to gather and watch our favorite teams on the outdoor Large screen TV. Cast iron cookware is provided in the outdoor kitchen for the 4 burner gas stove. A gas grill and refrigerator are included. We ask that any seafood/fish is cooked in the outdoor kitchen and not inside. Unique to our Home is the layout. The main living space on the second floor has two bedrooms, a king bed in bedroom one and full size bunk beds in bedroom two. Downstairs has two bedrooms, each with their own entrance and private bath. Great for extended family or couple trips. (Each bedroom has a smart TV and a smart TV in the living room.)
Guest access+
Guests will have access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, including the fully stocked kitchen, outdoor kitchen/bar area with a large screen TV, and the upstairs balcony offering stunning views. Enjoy the boat dock, covered gazebo, and kayaks for exploring the Nature Coast. Fishing rods and reels are provided. The backyard and dock area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf breezes. There is also free parking available on the premises.

Discover the peace of Hernando Beach, located on the north side. Our home provides easy access to the Gulf's open waters, only a short boat trip of about 3 minutes. Experience the calm coastal setting and the advantage of close water adventures.
Getting around+
Getting around The Gulf Breeze is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. While Hernando Beach is a more relaxed, residential area, you'll find that driving is the most common way to get around. For those flying in, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Other transportation options like ride-sharing services are available, but we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area and explore the Nature Coast.

House rules+
🧾 Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking. 🐾 Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs on the property with a fee, if you are traveling with a registered service animal, please contact our reservations team in advance for proper documentation and registration procedures. 💳 Refundable Damage Hold: A $200 hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days prior to arrival as a standard precaution. If no damages or violations are reported, the full amount will be released within 7 business days after your departure. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees. 👥 Occupancy Limits & Events: The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.
Good to know+
Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at The Gulf Breeze: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. We kindly request that you refrain from loud noise or music after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 10; please inform us in advance if you plan to host additional visitors. Pets are welcome, but must be included in your reservation, and we ask that you clean up after them in the yard. Waste bags are provided outside next to the back stairs. For the comfort of all guests, seafood and fish should be cooked in the outdoor kitchen only. Kayaks must be returned to their stands when not in use; any damage will incur an additional charge. We appreciate your cooperation in making your stay a pleasant one!
