The entire house and property is for your use and disposal. The ground level of the house has a small locked storage area and stores cleaning supplies, restocking items, and things meant for the owner and/or cleaner.

A short drive will take you to various waterfront restaurants where you can savor fresh seafood while enjoying stunning Gulf views. For those who love the water, the Hernando Beach Marina is nearby, offering boat rentals and fishing charters. You can also explore the natural beauty of the area by visiting Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, known for its mermaid shows and crystal-clear waters. Local shops and essential amenities are also within a short driving distance, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful sunsets over the water, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.

Getting around Hernando Beach is easiest by car, and our property offers ample parking with space for multiple vehicles, boats, and even a motorhome in the oversized driveway, with covered parking available. While public transportation options are limited in this area, the location provides convenient access to major roadways for exploring the surrounding areas. For air travel, the Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 1-hour and 30-minute drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation to and from the airport. 🧾 Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking. 🐾 Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs on the property with a fee, if you are traveling with a registered service animal, please contact our reservations team in advance for proper documentation and registration procedures. 💳 Refundable Damage Hold: A $200 hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days prior to arrival as a standard precaution. If no damages or violations are reported, the full amount will be released within 7 business days after your departure. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees. 👥 Occupancy Limits & Events: The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.
